Our Philosophy:
The Resource Center for Associations (RC) was formed in 1984. RC's two founding principals, Francine Butler and Jerry Bowman (both retired) sold the company in 2005 to current owners and principals, David Stumph and Kristi Klinke. Klinke and Stumph have devoted their professional careers to association management and to ensuring that RC provides the highest possible client service. We have deliberately chosen to stay small to ensure that RC maintains a strong sense of personal service to its clients. By engaging the talents of all its staff specialists, RC’s principals are able to maintain meaningful "hands-on" involvement with the associations we serve. Our staff is our company’s life blood. They provide their special talents in association management, meeting planning, member services, information technology, financial services, editorial services and certification management to meet the needs of our clients’ day-to-day operations. The principals provide the staff with the training and support they need to ensure that the business affairs of all clients are constantly moving forward toward and meeting our client’s strategic objectives.

The Resource Center for Associations (RC) is an association management company (AMC) and consulting firm specializing in consulting, management and administration for national and international organizations. We offer experienced executive oversight to provide services in:

The associations/societies we manage have grown in membership, budget and scope.
Professional Affiliations:
RC is a member of the AMC Institute, the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), ASAE Association Management Companies Section and the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) .
Membership in these and other associations helps ensure that we maintain our state-of-the-art skills and contacts in the association and meetings industries.
Location and Facilities:
• RC is centrally located in the Denver area, a major airline hub with easy access from any domestic or international location.
• Our office is located at 10200 West 44th Avenue, Suite 304, Wheat Ridge, Colorado. The location is approximately 15 minutes west of downtown Denver and 30 minutes from the Denver International Airport.
• RC's facilities are more than adequate to handle your current needs and provide the ability to grow with you. There is sufficient space to store current records on-site, plus off-site storage for more permanent records and publications.
• Colorado's legal statutes are business friendly for not-for-profit associations of which there are over 600 such entities.
• Colorado is an economically favorable location for your association headquarters when compared to other association hub cities.
• In this day of rapid-fire communications, our central location offers convenient access to both coasts for telephone and email contact throughout the business day.
